The average sales price in Waukesha county rose from $291,500 to $317,100 in the second quarter of the year, according to Multiple Listing Service. The number of homes on the market rose from 1,367 to 1,884 and that market level is expected to stay stable. Days on the market, however, is becoming longer as is typical during the winter months. The market is fueled by continually affordable interest rates, investor speculation and the strong relocation market in Waukesha County.
